Co-founder / Medical Director
Dr. Batyrjan Bulibek has board certification in cardiovascular disease, Internal medicine, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).
He loves being able to care for the cardiology needs of patients in North County. Outside of work, he is passionate about his surfing, classical guitar, and snowboarding.

Jennifer Lutes, MSN, NP-C has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She specialized in cardiology as a nurse practitioner prior to transitioning to aesthetic medicine. With her growing passion for aesthetic and wellness medicine, she made the transition to open a boutique clinic in the community that she considers home. She has attended trainings with world renowned experts and continues to attend advanced trainings to grow her knowledge in this field.
Jennifer is passionate about creating natural results to enhance the natural beauty in every individual. She believes empathy and listening to each patient’s individual story and concerns are essential for treating them holistically as a person.
She has a particular passion for treating patients dealing with acne, as she also dealt with this personally and understands the price it can have on self-esteem.
